Print / Copy / Scan: Imaging at the Libraries

CopyScan Stations are operable but printing from computers is not yet available.

Payment Method:

 

  • Buff OneCard can be used for computer-initiated printing and for use in CopyScan multifunction devices (MFDs).
  • Buff OneCard users can add more value to their cards using cash at a C-Bord Value Port -- locations below.
  • To add value using a credit card, use the Buff OneCard Website.

You can also use Buff OneCard and Campus Cash Cards for dining at the UMC and C4C.

  • Buff OneCard. You can add value using a credit cardat their website.
  • Campus Cash Cards can be used for computer-initiated printing and for use in CopyScan multifunction devices (MFDs).
  • Campus Cash Cards can be bought ($1), and value added, using cash at a C-Bord Value Port -- locations below.
  • Pre-loaded Campus Cards are also available for purchase at all Imaging Services campus locations:

    • Testing & Assessment (Norlin)
    • InkSpot (UMC)
    • PrintShop (Stadium)

You can use Buff OneCard and Campus Cash Cards for dining at the UMC and C4C.

Instructions:


scannerWhen you send the command to print a file, a dialog box will open. Fill in the appropriate information. All print commands go to a nearby Print Release Station. Swipe either your Buff OneCard or Campus Cash Card at the station, select your print job and click to print.

 

Username for the printer:

 

  • OIT iMac: your Identikey
  • Personal computer: your Identikey
  • Quick Print Station: libraryuser
  • Science Library computer: libraryuser or what you entered when prompted for username

Password for the printer:

 

  • Your password is what you entered when prompted for a password

B&W CopyScan Stations scan and output in B&W, not Color.

Scanning to email free of charge -- use of a card that has any balance of .01 cent or higher activates the station. A zero balance will produce a denied, low balance error.

 

CampusCash Card users, be aware the initial cost is $1 for the card and then you will need to add at least $1 to it before using. See the Payment Cards tab above for detailed information.

Media Services WorkstationLibraries Media Services can reproduce a variety of analog and digital media formats for academic, promotional, or personal use. Using our versatile toolset, we can copy media, edit clips, encode web files, and convert between many old and new formats, including audio/video tapes, discs, and file formats of all kinds. Color disc printing and bulk duplication are available.
