American Recorder Society Collection
Founded in 1939, the ARS is the oldest and largest musical organization devoted to the performance, teaching, and historical techniques of a non-keyboard musical instrument, the recorder.

Location

Transfered to Regis University (Denver), December 2004.

Description

Collection contains materials produced by the Society for normal business, includes newsletters, music published by ARS, membership directories, correspondence, and educational materials.

Status

Collection unorganized. Preliminary inventory available.
