Directions to Earth Sciences & Map Library in the Benson Earth Sciences Building:


  • from the North (e.g., Longmont or Fort Collins):
    Take the Diagonal Highway (Highway 119) to 28th Street. Turn left on 28th Street (this continues to be Highway 119) to Colorado Ave. Turn right on Colorado. Just past Folsom Ave, there is a public parking lot on Colorado Ave. on the left (south).
  • from the South (e.g., from Denver) on Highway 36:
    Take Highway 36 north from Denver. Turn left on to Colorado Ave. There is a public parking lot on Colorado Ave. on the left (south) side of the street just past Folsom St.

Reserves

Instructors may put reading material on reserve in the Earth Sciences & Map Library for their classes. Check-out periods vary from two hours to three days.

 

Lists of material on reserve can be found in Chinook under instructor's name or class number. To place materials on reserve, fill out the Earth Sciences Reserves form.

 

Let us know ahead of time if you want to put an e-book on reserve so we can increase the number of people who are able to access that e-book at a time.
