e-mail List

 

The Gemmill Engineering Library has a new opt-in e-mail list. The list, which sends 1-2 messages per month, provides news from the library about topics such as new resources, hours of service, library instruction, copyright and licensing of e-resources, and remote connection options. The list will also be used to gather feedback if the library faces budget cuts that impact collections or services. CU Refworks
A Web-based bibliography and database manager that allows you to create your own personal database by importing references from text files or online databases. You can use these references in writing papers and automatically format the paper and the bibliography in seconds.

CU SPIE Digital Library
Provides full text of articles published in the Proceedings of the SPIE and the society's journals from 1990 to the present.

 

CU INSPEC backfile now available in Engineering Village 2
The INSPEC database is the world's largest and most comprehensive English-language bibliographic database, in physics, electronics and computing. Developed from 'Science Abstracts', first published in January 1898, INSPEC now scans over 4,000 journals (and other serial publications) worldwide, 2,000 conference proceedings and numerous books, reports, articles and dissertations, for inclusion in the database.
