Council of Europe is the main web site of the council. Includes a history of the council, a list of members, news, activities, and official texts.

Committee of Ministers Includes a calendar, directory of members, texts, and overview.

Congress of the Regional and Local Authorities of Europe Includes an introduction and overview, current activities, yearbook, and texts of the congress.

Parliamentary Assembly Provides an electronic magazine, information on members and committees, news, and documents.

Council of Europe Human Rights Web Provides case law from the European Court of Human Rights, the European Convention on Human Rights, The European Convention for the Prevention of Torture, and the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities and other information.

Council of Europe Publishing Provides an online catalog of publications.

Europe of Cultural Cooperation Site of the European Cultural Convention signed in Paris on 19 December 1954 by 14 States. "Now there are 47 co-operating on a truly continental scale. It is the framework for the Council of Europe's activities in education, culture, cultural heritage, higher education, research, sport and youth.

European Audiovisual Observatory Information on the television, motion picture, cable and new media sectors.

European Commission against Racism and Intolerance includes "legal texts, summaries of relevant national legislation and "good practices" in policy measures in member States, guidance on conducting a campaign, initiatives in education and the media as well as a listing of the principal agencies active in the fight against racism".

Research Guide: Anne Burnett's Guide to Researching the Council of Europe examines the principal institutions and their main forms of documentation. The guide also discusses selected conventions, entities, and web sites. These are grouped into broad topic areas such as bioethics, environment, and human rights.
