Senate, Congressional Record, and more. The site includes selected House and Senate hearings published in 1997-present. In addition,
the site provide access to specific titles, such as rules manuals, House
Journal(1991-1999) and National Debate Topics for High Schools (Senate).

With sections on identifying the problem, legislative and
