- America's Story from America's Library is a page from the Library of Congress that examines the history of the United States.
- Ben's Guide to the U.S. Government provides links to history, elections, and other governmental resources for age groups from K-12.
- Central Intelligence Agency's Homepage for Kids provides information about the Nation's intelligence efforts as well as a geography quiz and other fun things for kids to do.
- Department of Energy's KidsZone is for kids to find energy and science resources for education. There are student and teacher sites with games, lesson plans and dictionaries.

- Environmental Kids Club is for kids to explore the environment and learn things to protect it. There are students and teachers' site, games, pictures, stories and other fun things.
- Kids.gov links to kids web sites from various government agencies and other organizations.
- Food and Drug Administration Kids' Homepage is a fun site for kids to learn food safety, find food and drug words, know things about animals, and learn knowledge on food and drug from quiz and games.
