• About the U.S. Government from the United States Information Agency includes information on how laws are made, history of the constitution, discussion of democracy, and other governmental links.
• Almanac of American Politics CU provides capsule summaries of states, congressional districts, congressional redistricting, biographies of elected officials (President, Vice-President, Governors, Senators, and Congressional Representatives), election results, campaign finance, basic demographic data, and other information. • C-Span provides extensive information, including streaming video of speeches and campaign advertisements.
• Center for Responsive Politics (OpenSecrets.org) includes a race-by-race analysis of campaign contributions for the upcoming elections, congressional candidate profiles, and detailed analysis of major PAC contributions.
