National database of funding opportunities that contains more than
22,000 records: opportunities with private organizations, foundations,
public agencies, governments, corporations and more. The opportunities
span all disciplines and include research grants, fellowships, and scholarships.
The site offers numerous other tips and references, including a guide

Grants.gov was established in 1999 and is a comprehensive source of
government grant opportunities. The site provides: a database of over
1,000 grants, resources for applying, resources for tracking grant applications,
and more.

Colorado Grants Guide
Search tool for finding grants in Colorado. The Community Resource
Center (CRC) provides training, technical assistance and consultation
to community-based organizations in Colorado and across the country.
CRC serves as a convener of communities to expand resources and stimulate

The Foundation Center is
the leading source on foundations and non-profits. Their website provides
extensive information on fundraising and grant seeking (see the Getting
Started pages for an excellent introduction to grant seeking and
additional learning opportunities).
The Denver Public Library is a cooperating collection of the Foundation
Center. The Nonprofit
Resource Center, located at the central
library, provides the core foundation center publications and tools.
