How do I...?
Find a Journal
To access a journal online, use the the Library's E-Journal Finder. You can search by the title of the journal, browse the alphabetical list of journals, or browse journals by subject.
Once you've found the journal you'd like to access, you'll see a list of the databases the Library has that contain the content of the journal. Please note the dates covered by each database (listed to the left of the database name) - this is important because you will often find multiple databases that have the journal's content but the databases may cover different time periods.
To find a journal in print, go to the Chinook Library Catalog. Choose "Periodical Title" from the options on the main Chinook page and enter the name of the publication you are looking for. Click on the appropriate title to get information on where the publication is located and what dates are held in print. Make sure to note the location and call number of the publication so that you can locate it within the library.
