Laura's Guide to Ski Resorts Near Boulder

Weather
Weather in Colorado is quite variable. During the last week of March it could be cold and snowy or sunny and warm--even as warm as 70 degrees! It is not unusual for there to be a 20-degree difference in temperature between midday and night.

Bring your winter clothes, but dress in layers so you'll be comfortable as the weather changes. It can be icy and slippery, so wear shoes with good tread. We suggest you bring a warm coat, wool sweater, hat, gloves, and warm socks. Hiking shoes, snowboots, or waterproof shoes are a good idea, especially if you plan on walking to the conference site or hiking on some of the beautiful trails in Boulder.
