Business periodical database that includes full text and abstracts from scholarly journals and business periodicals covering topics such as management, economics, finance, accounting, international business and more. The database also includes other sources of full text information such as country economic reports from the EIU, DRI-WEFA, ICON Group and CountryWatch and detailed company profiles for the world's 5,000 largest companies.

CIAO: Columbia International Affairs Online
Comprehensive source for theory and research in international affairs. Publishes a wide range of scholarship that includes working papers from university research institutes, occasional papers series from NGOs, foundation-funded research projects, proceedings from conferences, books, journals and policy briefs.

The Conference Board's Research Database
TCB research is a searchable database of full-text research reports on the latest issues in business management and US and global economics. Proprietary, nonbiased research includes studies of F500 companies on business trends, leadership decisions, performance excellence, corporate governance, HR, productivity, CRM and more. Economics material includes topline US and global economic indicators and analysis and forecasts of regional, national, and international economic conditions.

An economic information portal. Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis librarians designed this site with university and government document librarians, students, and the general public in mind. Economic information can, at times, be difficult for the non-economist to find and understand. This site will provide a single point of access to the economic information that the Federal Reserve System, other government agencies, and data providers have to offer. Non-technical sources that are simpler and easier to use were specifically selected.

 

International Political Science Abstracts
Produced by the International Political Science Association. A bibliographic database that indexes and abstracts articles from periodicals published throughout the world. The abstracts summarize the source articles.

Provides access to congressional bills and bill status, debate, testimony presented at hearings, legislative histories, congressional reports and documents, laws, proposed and existing regulations, and biographical, financial and voting record information for members of Congress.

UCB Libraries Government Publications Subject Page: Development

 

World Bank e-Library
Allows users to access The World Bank Publication's entire output since the beginning of April 2000 plus all new documents.  While there isn't an exact date range for the content, the oldest documents are circa the late 1980s.  As of January 2004, over 1200 titles of reports, books and documents are included in the E-Library.  Statistical documents like the World Development Indicators and Global Development finance are available as PDF files as well.
